Baker's Products is continuously implementing new steps to stay on the leading edge of the e-contracting arena. As technology providers, OEMs, consolidators, banks and third-party providers are making advances in e-contracting, Baker is keeping ahead by working to make its processes easy to incorporate.

Though many e-contracting systems are still in their infancy, Baker  has created a three-step approach designed to work with the many systems currently employed by dealers.

The three steps include:

1. Coordinating with dealers to retrieve data from their Dealer Management Systems and incorporate it into the Baker's Products Contract Management System.
2. Setting up Web-based capabilities for customized, compliant PDF forms for each deal number by populating them with the related DMS data.
3. Integrating the electronic signature with the contracts, enabling the dealer to print multiple copies.
