• Involuntary Unemployment Insurance (IUI) MUST BE GIVEN AWAY ON EVERY QUALIFIED VEHICLE SOLD at the dealership.  IUI means, unemployment due to permanent involuntary termination of employment, individual and mass layoff, or loss of income due to business failure or bankruptcy.
• (12) months  of Coverage cost $ 169.00
• · Waiting Period is thirty (30) days
• · Vesting Period is ninety (90) days
• · Maximum of six (6) monthly payments at $600.00 per Month.

• Company reserves the right to increase prices by giving Contractor a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice of said increase. In the event Contractor and Company cannot agree on new pricing in writing, this agreement may be terminated immediately by either party.
• Marketing fees will be sent on or before the 19th of the month for all business received during the previous month. Fees are based on monthly registration dues.
  
• By signing below You hereby agree, and fully understand, that this product is NOT to be sold to the consumer and MUST be given away with ALL qualified vehicles sold.

• The Authority granted under this agreement is limited to the following enumerated products, with:
•  A. Involuntary Unemployment Insurance (I.U.I.)  Product 274
•  For all car payments less than $300 the Plan A MUST be selected.
•  For all car payments between $301 - $500 the Plan B MUST be selected.    $  139.00
•  For all car payments between $501 - $750 the Plan C MUST be selected.    $  179.00
